Powerplate
We have 2 Powerplates offering the latest in fitness and they are available free to members. Powerplate is the equivalent of a complete 60 minute workout that takes a fraction of the time. Powerplate can help you:
- Improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength and power
- Help reduce sports injuries and speed up rehabilitation
- Accelerate weight loss and combat cellulite
